Schools don't have an AI problem.
They have a readiness problem.

Learning2Innovate helps district and school leaders build the mindset, culture, strategy, and action plans needed to use AI responsibly and effectively — moving your team from scattered experimentation to focused implementation.

The Challenge

Districts are buying AI tools faster than their people are ready to use them well.

Tool Sprawl

New platforms arrive faster than anyone can evaluate them — creating noise, cost, and confusion instead of instructional impact.

Staff Fear & Uneven Adoption

A handful of enthusiasts race ahead while the pragmatic majority waits, watches, and quietly worries about what AI means for their work.

Lack of Instructional Alignment

AI use that improves efficiency but not learning. Faster worksheets are not transformation — and everyone knows it.

Policy Uncertainty

Guidance is unclear, evolving, and inconsistent — leaving leaders to navigate responsible use without a reliable map.

Leaders Unsure Where to Start

The pressure to act is real, but the path is not. Most leaders were never trained to manage change of this speed and scale.

Initiative Fatigue

Staff have watched initiatives come and go. Every stalled effort makes the next one harder — and trust erodes quietly.

"People are the engines of innovation."

AI tools alone will not transform schools. Real transformation happens when leaders know how to build trust, align technology to instructional goals, and support educators through meaningful change. That is the work we do.

What We Do

From mindset to momentum.

We blend adult learning science, learner-centered pedagogy, and practical change methodology so AI adoption becomes focused, responsible, and sustainable.

Our Approach

Innovation starts with mindset.

Grounded in adult learning science

Built on research into how educators actually grow and change — including a multi-year collaboration with Stanford University on generative change in teaching practice.

Centered on learner-centered pedagogy

Technology should deepen learning, not just accelerate tasks. Every engagement keeps instruction — not tools — at the center of the conversation.

Driven by practical change methodology

Vision without follow-through is where initiatives go to die. We help leaders build the daily practices and structures that make change actually stick.

"The biggest risk in AI right now isn't misuse — it's accelerating bad pedagogy faster."

— Jason T. Green, Founder

Jason T. Green

Founder, Learning2Innovate  ·  Chairperson, EdSafe AI Industry Council

Jason has spent over a decade helping thousands of schools and districts reimagine teaching and learning. His work sits at a rare intersection — deep adult learning science research through a collaboration with Stanford University, hands-on implementation experience in classrooms across the country, and the builder's instinct to turn insight into tools and strategies that actually work.

Inspired by his youth development and nonprofit work as a student at Morehouse College, Jason has dedicated his career to creating positive change in education — and to ensuring that the AI era deepens learning for every student rather than simply accelerating the status quo.

He speaks at leading universities and conferences around the world.
